Japanese fans of Australian celebrity chef Bill Granger can now try cooking the "world's best brekky" at home following the publication of his new cookbook in Japanese. Bill Granger's Secret Recipes was released on March 21 and contains over 50 recipes from the owner of the three "bills" cafes in Sydney, including signature dishes such as his world-famous scrambled eggs and ricotta hotcakes. It is the latest in a series of best-selling cookbooks from Granger, who is known for his simple recipes and home-style cooking, but the first to be published in Japanese. Its release coincided with the opening of "bills", Granger's new seaside restaurant near Tokyo, which is his first overseas venture.
