Bill cooks brekky in Japan

Celebrity chef Bill Granger opened one of his famed cafes in Tokyo Daikanyama during October, giving locals a taste of his scrambled eggs, ricotta hotcakes and other signature dishes. Granger, who operates three cafes in Sydney, complemented his temporary Tokyo opening with appearances on radio, TV and other events. In one cooking demonstration Granger whipped up hotcakes with one arm while holding his daughter in the other, commenting that "this is why my dishes have to be simple". Although the cafe opening was for a limited time only, Granger found a new legion of Tokyo fans for his "world's best brekky".
