Lemon Soy Veal

(serves 4)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp mirin
1/2 tbsp Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
8 veal cutlets, about 2.5cm thick

 

Pre-heat barbecue or grill to high. Combine first four ingredients. Brush half over veal, cover and marinate for 30 minutes. Remove veal from marinade and pat dry with paper towel to prevent burning. Cook for three minutes, turn and brush with remaining marinade. Cook another three minutes until done to your liking. Serve on individual plates with steamed snow peas.
