Tuna With Soy and Ginger
(serves 4)
4 tuna steaks, halved
1 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce
1 tsp fresh ginger, finely chopped
Combine all ingredients except tuna, and mix well. Place tuna in a flat non-metallic dish and pour over soy sauce mixture. Marinate for 10 minutes. Remove tuna and pat dry with paper towel to prevent burning. Heat a non-stick frypan on medium heat and sear tuna for one minute. Turn, brush with soy mixture and cook for another minute. Serve with a green salad or with stir-fried Asian greens.
